The next Community Meeting cancelled for July 2022
The Covid-19 outbreak forced the cancellation of the 2021 Community Meeting, but we hoped to hold the next meeting in July 2022. However, the increase in Covid deaths and hospitalisation has forced us to cancel again. These meetings are important because they provide face-to-face communication and opportunities for get-togethers. We hope 2023 will be better.
Critical Minerals
The energy revolution will need critical metals for rechargable batteries, windmills, electric vehicles, and new technologies. We are exploring for these metals at Curricabark, Pigna Barney, Nowendoc, Mummel, Toms Creek and Yarras. If we make a discovery, we want to develop a community-based operation.
