Work carried out in November to February

Assays

During the last few months we received assay results from ALS for two field trips. The results were for new areas. Representative rock specimens were collected from outcrops along more than 500 metres. The best results were: copper (up to 2,900 ppm), silver (up to 1.6 ppm) and low grade gold (up to 0.031 ppm); where ppm means grams per ton. In 2022, this area will be a focus for further exploration.

Metallurgy

We recently started metallurgical studies of rocks which have previously been collected from areas where the assays revealed good grades of certain critical metals. Bulk samples of rocks from 13 sites were submitted to ALS for crushing and assays. Once we receive the crushed rock we'll be carrying out basic processes to concentrate the critical metals. In 2022 we will be testing gravity and magnetic separation techniques to see if high grade concentrates of critical metals can be produced.

Application for an Exploration Licence

Based on results of good grades of critical minerals in certain areas, we applied for an extra area to explore. It will take more than 12 months for the application to be processed, then we hope to start exploration for critical minerals in this new area. The area has 24 units and it is ELA 6428.
