Work completed in June & July 2020

1. Communication

Discussions with stakeholders to progress the exploration program for 2020

Correspondence

Prepared trip report #6.

Wally Saul's studies of Mummels River Gold have been scanned and are ready for printing as a book.

Completed the application processes for exploration of some more public lands.

Community Meeting

  • The date and time of the next Community Meeting has been delayed. It will be given on this website once the issues with the Corona Virus have been sorted out. The assay results for the metal grades plus the mineralogy will be given at the Community Meeting. It will be an opportunity for landowners and stakeholders to ask questions and give their comments.

2. Field work and the Corona Virus

The prospecting program recommenced, and precautions are in place to cope with issues relating to the Corona Virus. We followed social distancing and the protocols given by WHO and the NSW Govt.

Access agreements

Continued to communicate with landowners to request access - some success & some fails.

Sampling

Collected almost 100 soil and rock samples in the period.

Analysis of samples

A total of 150 rock samples were examined by geologist Max Rangott and most of these rocks were analysed by ALS at Orange. Also, there are a further 160 rock samples and 162 soil samples which are ready for analysis. Hopefully they will be examined in August depending on the problems with the Corona Virus. The results of the analysis will be given at the Community Meeting (date to be advised).

Progress will be updated every two months
